PIC (Parent Info Committee) Minutes
The Parent Information Committee (PIC) is a district wide committee. Parent representatives meet once a month with the administration & BOE for important updates. Michelle Mezzano & Theresa Riordin are the chairs for Nut Swamp and provide updates at the PTA Meetings.
PIC is a source of information, not an environment where district policy change takes place. The responsibility of PIC members is to facilitate the flow of information between the district and the parent organizations they represent. The Board of Education meetings are the forum where the public has an opportunity to voice concerns with all of the decision makers present and available to take action.
